Our cancellation policy

You are important to us

Your booking is essential to us. We serve you and all our guests in any way possible from the first moment of contact until well after you departed from Wadi Rum. We want to make your stay with us both unique and memorable. And we do everything possible to make things easy for you.

No prepayment

We consider the fact that we don’t ask for a deposit or prepayment a kind service to our guests. In return, we trust our guests to be kind to us too. Therefore we have the following cancellation policy in place.

How cancellation works

It can be that your travel plans change or for some reason you need to cancel your booking with us. Let us know this as soon as possible.

  • If you want to reschedule or cancel your booking 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you can cancel for free.
  • If you want to reschedule or cancel within 14 days before to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full cost of your tour and/or overnight stay(s), unless we can re-book spots.
    So, the sooner we know, the more time we have to try and re-book your tour and/or overnight stay(s), the better the chances are of filling your spots.
    Of course, we consider exceptional circumstances.
