Your booking is essential to us. We serve our guests in any way possible from the first moment of contact until well after your departure from Wadi Rum. We want to make your stay with us both unique and memorable. And we do everything possible to make things easy.
We consider the fact that we don’t ask for a deposit or prepayment a kind service to our guests. In return, we trust our guests to be kind to us too.
If your travel plans change or for any other reason you need to cancel your booking with us, let us know this as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the more time we have to try and re-book your tour and/or overnight stay, the better the chances are of filling your spots.
We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you cancel anytime within 14 days before to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full cost of your tour and/or overnight stay, unless we can re-book spots. Of course, we will consider exceptional circumstances.
