Our cancelation policy
On this web page, we share more information about changing, rescheduling and canceling your booking.
You are important to us
Your experience is essential to us. That is to say that we serve you and all our guests in any way possible from the first moment of contact until well after you departed from Wadi Rum. We want to make your stay with us both unique and memorable. And we do everything possible to make things easy and enjoyable for you.
No prepayment
We consider the fact that we don’t ask for a deposit or prepayment a kind service to our guests. In return, we trust our guests to be kind to us too. Therefore we have the following cancelation policy in place.
How changing, rescheduling and cancelation work
It can be that your travel plans change or for some reason you need to cancel your booking with us. In that case, please let us know as soon as possible. Hereafter you find our policy for changing, rescheduling and cancelation.
- When you want to change, reschedule, or cancel your booking 14 days or more before arrival, you can do that for free.
- In case you want to change or reschedule within 14 days before arrival, you can change or reschedule for free.
- If you want to cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will be charged the total cost of your tour and/or overnight stay(s) unless we can resell your spots. So, the sooner we know, the more time we have to try and resell your tour and/or overnight stay(s), the better the chances are of filling your spots. Of course, we consider exceptional circumstances, and COVID-19 related cancelations are for free.
